Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. We can import products from a CSV file, an existing EPOS system, or a spreadsheet. Each product can include barcode, description, category, supplier, cost price, and selling price. Most imports are completed within a few hours.

Yes. You can create a parent product (e.g. "Cotton T-Shirt") with variants for size (S, M, L, XL) and colour (Black, White, Navy). Each variant tracks its own stock level, barcode, and price independently.

Stock levels sync in real time across all your locations via the cloud. When a product sells in one shop, the stock count updates everywhere. You can also transfer stock between locations and track the transfer history.

Yes. Click and collect orders appear on a dedicated screen at the till. Staff can mark orders as ready, notify the customer, and process the handover with a barcode scan. The entire pickup process takes under a minute.
